Arthur Einsele graduated in 1972 at the Federal Institute of Technology ETH in Zurich with a PhD. He then stayed with the Institute of Biotechnology and was a visiting Professor at Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y.
From 1981-1991 Arthur Einsele became a member of the preclinical research and development team of Sandoz Pharma. From 1991-1996 he was on the research advisory board of Sandoz and vice director of Sandoz International with a main focus on strategic planning.
After the merge to Novartis AG he then was head public affairs and communications of Novartis Seeds AG. From 2001-2004 he was head of public affairs with Syngenta International AG, since 2004 he is in the same position with InterNutrition Zurich. InterNutrition aims to provide the dialogue between nutrition-technology and the public. Several Biotechnology firms are combined e.g. Syngenta Basel, Nestl� Suisse S.A. Vevey, DSM Nutritional Products Kaiseraugst, FIAL Federation of the Swiss Food Industries Bern, Firmenich SA Genf, Novozymes Dittingen.
